These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JAV.CHAT (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Age restriction
The Site indexes adult material and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet that requirement, and that adult material is lawful to access where you are. If it is not, you must leave now.
2. What the Site is
The Site is a metadata catalogue and discovery index for Japanese Adult Video releases. It publishes release information, cover artwork and links supplied by third-party content feed providers. The Site does not host, store or stream video files. Playback and purchase take place on third-party platforms that we neither own nor control.
3. Third-party links, advertising and affiliate relationships
The Site contains links to third-party websites, third-party advertising delivered through advertising networks, and affiliate links from which the operator of the Site earns a commission if you sign up for or purchase something on the destination site. That commission does not change the price you pay.
We do not control third-party sites, their content, their advertising or their privacy practices, and we accept no responsibility for them. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, crawl or harvest it by automated means other than as permitted by our robots.txt; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure; interfere with its operation or place an unreasonable load on it; or remove, obscure or circumvent any notice, control or access restriction.
5. Intellectual property
Release metadata, cover artwork, performer names and studio names are the property of their respective rights holders and appear here for the purpose of identification and cataloguing. The Site's own layout, original editorial text and code remain the property of its operator.

6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Catalogue data comes from third-party feeds and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party site reached from it.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Site against any claim, liability, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Changes and termination
We may amend these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may restrict access from any address that breaches these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and the courts of the Slovak Republic shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their own country of residence.
